Writing payment modules for Drupal Commerce

Accepting payments from your customers is critical for any kind of e-commerce site. With Drupal Commerce this is mostly done by integrating an external payment gateway. While the most common payment gateways such as PayPal or authorize.net have existing contributed modules that are ready to use, sometimes additional requirements force you to use a payment gateway which has no integration module yet.

In this session, we will look at the different kinds of payment gateways, the requirements they have and how to integrate them into our checkout process.
